All our hire tubs are 13 amp "plug and play" they require a standard 3 pin socket within 15 mtrs of the tub location. We have our own dedicated power leads for that distance. WE CANNOT use any other kind of extension lead The tubs take around 16-24 hours to heat so please choose delivery for at least the day before you wish to use the tub. Delivery and collection days are NOT classed as usage days. All solid tubs have access restrictions and will need a access video within 24 hours of booking (details can be found in the tub Description) failure to provide a video will result in automatic cancellation.
